My love for healthy food !

Before I have started my weight loss journey, my eating habits were very bad. I ate very unhealthy and never even thought about eating whole natural healthy foods. That is why it is a surprise for me now that I enjoy healthy foods so much.

A significant amount of people do not eat healthy foods because it might take long to prepare or it might be expensive to buy. Whereas other people might say that they don’t get satisfied when eating healthy foods. Those were all the reasons why I never used to bother to eat or prepare healthy foods.
After being on a health and fitness journey for now six months I could not imagine me going back to my old eating habits, which mainly consisted of fast food and very unhealthy processed foods.

I have always enjoyed cooking and everyone that knows me knows that I love food lol. Therefore preparing healthy meals was not a challenge for me because I love to experiment with different sorts of  foods to start with and it also taught me important elements about healthy eating and nutrition which has helped me to control and manipulate my body while I was losing weight.

The beauty of healthy foods (vegetables and fruits) is that it is not processed which helps the human body to maintain healthy and strong. 
I look at it like that healthy eating does not have to be boring it can be as food as junk food lol just healthier and better for you.
I hope my healthy food ideas will encourage you to try out more healthy foods. Can’t wait to share my favourite healthy meals with you
