Healthy lunch and dinner ideas
Here are some of my favourite healthy lunch and dinner meals :)
Rice cakes with tomato mozzarella salad, chicken and peppers ! |
Ingredients :
1 Chicken breast - Fry chicken breast in a frying pan for about 5-7 minutes and add chicken seasoning to it.
2 Rice cakes - One Rice cake only consists of 30 calories.
½ Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Cucumber
½ Green peppers
Fresh basil
Parsley

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 Chicken breast - Fry chicken breast in a frying pan for about 5-7 mins and add pepper seasoning chicken seasoning to it.
1/2 green onions
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
1 teaspoon of greek yogurt
5 -6 small mushrooms
Recipe:
Fry chicken and vegetables in a frying pan and add pepper seasoning and chicken seasoning to it. This meal includes carbohydrates , Proteins healthy fat and vegetables. This is the ideal dinner to have. Enjoy ! :)
Chrispbread eggs with cucumber chops, tomatoes basil and parsley ! |
2 eggs - Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes, and cut them into thin slides
2 chrispbread
Chopped cucumbers
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
1 Tomato
Recipe
Chop boiled eggs into slides and add salt and pepper to it. Add cucumber chops tomatoes basil and parsley to it on a plate. Enjoy :) This meal takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare.
